Watching my grandparents rely on daily caregivers taught me two profound lessons: first, that consistent, thoughtful care has a transformative impact on seniors’ well-being. And second, how incredibly challenging the role of a caregiver is—senior caregivers are truly angels.

My experience is not unique. In the United States, 22 million people are aged 75 or older, touching nearly every family in the country. Many of these individuals already require—or will soon require—support and care.
