We have tested our service extensively internally, and now it is time to use it with seniors in the real world. We will ultimately be charging for the service, but during the study period, it is free.
Each day, our team connects with your loved one via phone call, asking simple wellness questions. If anything unusual is noted, we notify you and the care provider immediately, ensuring your loved one receives timely attention if needed.
You’ll receive regular updates and summaries from the check-ins, and if any concerns arise, you’ll be notified right away. This gives you peace of mind knowing your loved one’s wellness is being monitored daily.
If there’s no response, we follow a set protocol, which may include reaching out to family members or caregivers to check on them. Your loved one’s safety is our top priority.
